Wake up and kick start your day to tune of this cracking track served fresh to you this morning by André Hommen and Systematic Recordings. André stepped up for the WWD podcast earlier this year and since he’s since he’s had a plethora of releases, gigs and returned from a tour which saw him stop in Austrailia and Asia before returning to Europe. André is a undoubtedly a man on the top of his game.
For this release, André Hommen has teamed up with Marc Romboy’s Systematic Records family to put out his delectable Serve EP. This 3 track offering, is an extremely spicey EP that caters for every moment that a night on the dancefloors of the best clubs has to offer. Expect to hear this EP far and wide. Especially, the lead track, ‘First Serve’.
First Serve is a lovely tune. It really rolls along, driven by a captivating bassline and fast paced percussion which really engages the listener. Couple all that with a breakdown full of tension before a heavy release, and you have yourself a winner.
The EP dishes out a similar, but softer version in Second Serve and André rounds off the EP with Sliced. Perfect for warming up a club in those early hours, or finishing off the night slouched on the couches at the after party. A quality EP from the German maestro.
Out this Friday 9th December on Systematic Recordings.
