UK producer Antenna Happy is fast emerging as one of our most impressive new artists in 2015. Since the start the of year the Brighton producer has seized our attention with a string of top quality productions on Reinhardt Records and it hasn’t been just WWD that he’s been wooing with support from the likes of Beats In Space and BBC Radio One’s Heidi also streaming in. Better known to this mother as Nathan Pope, Antenna Happy has built a rapid reputation on a deep, intricate sound, something showcased once again in his latest work ‘Day Four’. Today, we very excited to present the cut in its entirety to WWD readers.
‘Day Four’ is a special track, a perpetually morphing number, which toys with emotions over a tumultuous six minute journey. The production offers countless peaks and troughs amid an ensemble of soothing arpeggiators, delicate melodic touches and a tightly knit drum-ensemble. Hitting it’s climax at the mid-point, a violent synth-line injects a major shock to the system, racking up the pressure. You’re gonna to enjoy this one, trust us!
