Bade Records have built on the succes of their debut release by Ben Böhmer with another top EP, this time courtesy of Dutchman Alexander Christian. The label founded on a Leeds-London axis is deliveing some next level deep, melodic house & tech with an obvious Berlin influence present. Such is the standard that we expect the plaudits to start flooding in over the next few months.

As for Alexander Christian’s two track EP, it’s a potent melodic concoction with palpable atmosphere and crisp production that makes listening a real treat. The lead on the release ‘Lente’ is a tense number, sauntering along on a snappy set of drums. It threatens to explode but destruction never comes. Track II ‘Bloom’ is a similarly delicate piece, melodic wavering synths the standout.

The release leaves us excited for more on all fronts but for now you can check it all out below!
