Detroit legend Terrence Dixon returns under his Population One alias once again to present his new EP ‘Time Will Tell’, a debut for him on the recently established 30drop Records, and the first on what appears to be a sub label/series called ExoPlanets. This release offers a trippier take on what is usually on offer, and follows on from some successful releases on the likes of ARTS, Rush Hour and Nina Kraviz‘s newly established ТРИП imprint.

“Time Will Tell is a conceptual work that exceeds standards. The hypnotic and elegant minimalism of “[email protected]” harmonic complexity and surrealism jazz of “11.18.2013@1:41am” and “[email protected]” and the sonic and spatial reverie “[email protected]” are the four tracks of the EP.”

The EP is set to be released today.
