Montreal-based producer Kora continues to turn heads. He follows up the impressive Fragile EP on NYC imprint Earthly Delights (released mid-January) with a return to where it all staredt; Get Physical’s sister imprint Kindisch. Kora leads a new Steps VA for the Berlin-based label, providing a chunky, organic collaboration with fellow Canadian Nic Falardeau for the occasion. The track, titled ‘Om Namah’, blends a dreamy atmosphere and a solid, chugging groove. It’s coated with an emotive, original vocal line. Listen in full below.
