Fresh off an epic Saturday sunrise set on the esteemed Robot Heart, Facundo welcomes burners back to civilisation with a remix of up-and-coming duo – Hoki.

Mohrr should be a name well on the radar of those following the deep and melodic house scene. The Argentinian producer is amongst the All Day I Dream elite, with a knack for progressive melodies and melancholic tinges to his signature groovy productions. He connects with Hoki on the second single from their upcoming album – Some Kind of Beautiful. The Montreal-based duo display their ability to unite the world of electronic and indie influences, fusing an emotional ballad with a dark and driving groove, primed to ignite dance floors.

Facundo has taken the edge off Hoki’s dark original, bringing the track into summer festival territory with a beautiful melodic remix. He’s lengthened the arrangement, placing emphasis on Brent’s seductive vocals, while adding a proper build and kick for dance floor hysteria. His remix of Some Kind of Beautiful has seen massive support from Lee Burridge and Yokoo, and was in heavy rotation last week at Burning Man.

Some Kind of Beautiful, and Facundo Mohrr’s remix, will be released on September 6th via The Young Proprietor – a burgeoning label focused on live electronic acts.
