Township Rebellion’s name precedes them. The German outfit have maintained a staunchly mysterious image since their breakout eight years ago, having since become one of the most popular acts in the melodic techno realm for their emotive and polished productions on labels like Stil Vor Talent, Selador, and Katermukke whilst racking up over 230,000 listeners a month on Spotify. 

Beyond their productions, however, Township Rebellion have built a reputation for their immersive live performances. A fated gig at Burning Man’s Fluffy Cloud camp happens to be the catalyst of their next milestone, in fact: their debut on RÜFÜS DU SOL’s Rose Avenue. The label owners were in the Fluffy Crowd audience that early morning, where they immediately became enamored with the sounds coming from the decks.
