HE-ART Blue is a Spanish label run by Oscar Aguilera, and back with its fourth release, the label presents Italian artist Domenico Imperato who previously featured a remix on the label’s debut by TNTS.

This time Domenico Imperato is making his return as the original artist, and the release centres around his track “Destiny”, which features dreamy female vocals sung over a moody backing track. Along with his original track, Domenico Imperato also provides an alternative version titled the Orbital Mix, and that lifts the tempo while also adding a techy bassline to lift the energy. The third track on the release comes from Spanish artist Blanca Ross, who is known throughout Spain for her charismatic DJ performances at many of the country’s top festivals and events.

Blanca Ross dropped her first official release in 2016, and since then she has been steadily maturing with each impressive new release. Her remix here is quite possibly her best to date, as she really takes control and delivers a version almost unrecognisable from the original.

Stripping away the original’s vocals and using only a choice selection of the parts, Blanca Ross transforms the track into a dark and techy version with similarities to other artists such as Miss Kittin and The Hacker. Adding her own vocal phrases and building a whole new pulsating groove, Blanca Ross really does show off her skills in the studio with this confident reimagining of the track. Alongside her incredible remix, Blanca Ross has also commissioned an exclusive video to go alongside the audio and expend on the dystopian vide of the music.
