FrontRite presents Requiem: A Halloween rave with three international DJs and 12 eclectic local collectives

27 October 2022

After two years of forced shutdown, FrontRite is making their great comeback with their annual Halloween party. We are honored to host OC & Verde for their first time in Canada, a house duo supported by DJs such as Adam Beyer, John Digweed and Tale of Us.

This event will immortalize the revival of a well-known afterhours space situated in the heart of the city, the 917 St Catherine Est. None less than three rooms will be ready to welcome lost souls from 10PM to 6AM. “It’s exciting, explains Anthony D’Urbano, the promoter, because we were here for the same kind of event in 2010, and now we’re back! We couldn’t be happier to contribute to the revival of this institution of Montreal’s electronic scene.”

Equipped with a quadraphonic Funktion One soundsystem, a unique biblical theme and a team of professional dancers, the main stage dubbed “Mortal Main” will first take you on a Melodic Techno ride. Made as an ode to the heat of the depths of Hell, the “Furnace Fatale” stage will guide you on the devilish flames of techno music, and let’s not forget the incredible visual decor imagined by VJ Diagraf that promises an eyeful. It’s House music that will resonate in the third room, a lair destined for Ethereal Beings, but sentenced to live a life of sin. For a bit of respite, even the hallways will immerse you in an atmosphere halfway between life and death, again with quality visual art pieces.

An immersive experience in which ravers are invited to wear their most scandalous costumes on top of witnessing artistic performances ! A fortune teller, magicians, and many other surprises await our guests who will also enjoy 3 full service bars until 3AM (bottle service provided).
