Having cut his teeth as a drummer in his younger years, California-born Not Not transitioned to twisting synth knobs and jog-wheels, quickly building up a diverse discography on respected labels from Terminal Underground to This Ain’t Bristol and beyond. Making his first outing on Lee Foss’s South Of Saturn imprint in January 2024, the up-and-coming talent impresses again here with the intoxicating ‘To The Brain’ EP.

Opener ‘To The Brain’ is a deep and sleazy cut filled with pumping drums and frazzled bass underpinning seductive vocals that bring a dark edge to what is a sure-fire club anthem in the making. ‘Line Up’ is another stomping dancefloor workout combining steely synths, slamming kicks and a touch of funk in the bass.
