In house PIV artist, Ibiza Global and Rinse FM radio presenter Kellie Allen returned to the imprint on September 27th with her ‘Take Some Time’ EP, accompanied by a remix from Scott Diaz.

“‘Take Some Time’ came to life during a one-on-one session I was teaching with an up-and-coming artist who wanted to create a track that fits the vibe of PIV Records. It’s a deep house track with a summer feel, built around my signature groove and enriched by soulful, jazzy undertones in the chords and vocals. I wanted to make something that not only captured the warmth of the season but also reflected my love for drawing from all corners of house music.” – Kellie Allen

For Kellie Allen, this marks her second EP, but she’s no stranger to PIV, with multiple releases under her belt. Originally from London and now based in Ibiza, Kellie’s career has seen her rise steadily, including a standout B2B set with Prunk at PIV Festival and a closing set on the iconic terrace of Club Space in Miami. Since her production debut in 2017, she’s carved out a sound that marries house with a rich, soulful groove, and ‘Take Some Time’ is a perfect continuation of that journey.

This week, the rising star joins the Prima Lux podcast with elegant energy and silky smooth grooves. Enjoy!
