Traxsource X When We Dip – Weekend Weapons Chart – October 14th

Charles Valentin
Electronic, News
14 October 2016

It’s Friday night and we know it’s your favourite time of the week! To celebrate this day properly, the WWD team has brought together a tasteful ensemble of brand new records you can enjoy with your homies. It’s all courtesy of Traxsource – the home of modern house music. This week’s selection features acts like Vince Watson, Full Intention, JedX and lots more.

WWD Wildcard Selection

5. Vince Watson- Speaker Freaker [Cocoon]

The Amsterdam-based DJ and Producer and Cocoon family member, Vince Watson beams you straight back to the Detroit Techno sound with of course a little update to the 2016 frequencies.

4. JedX, Sean Sines, Derrick Carter – Industry (Main Mix) [Dopewax]

Out on Kenny Dope own imprint’s ‘’Dopewax’’ the jazz-infused cut features a spoken clip of Derrick Carter layered with some smooth sax! Let’s boogie 😃

3. Full Intention – All I See Is You [Simma Black]

The grammy nominated duo ‘’Full Intention’’ is back on the Simma Black imprint. This time with a heavy kick-drum cut, coupled with killer vocal chops and chords. A certified ‘’weekend weapon’’ approved by the WWD HQ.

2. Supernova – Don’t Stop (Original Mix) [Lapsus Music]

Lapsus bosses are back on their own record label. True to their roots the Italian duo bring to the table a heavy-base driven jam with a powerful groove. One thing left to do I guess? Let’s groove!

1. Deetron – Endless [Character]

Sittin’ on top of our wildcards selection this week it’s a veteran from the 4/4 scene: Deetron. He offers an intoxicating journey into his universe with this 9 minute piece. Sit tight and let the euphoric bass synth of the cut drive you.

Make sure to dig the full chart!
