Alejandro Mosso is next up on the deep and dreamy Do Not Sit on the Furniture label with four moving tracks of elegant deep house music. An Argentinian whose musical forte has been bred in Berlin, Alejandro Mosso has been at the forefront of developing innovative percussive, organic and delicate electronic music for more than 15 years.

Up first here is ‘Amatista’, a warm track with soft drums bubbling beneath organic percussion. Streaming synths bring open air vibes and mesmerise the mind. ‘Cascabel’ is a more loose affair, with oriental sounds and beautifully delicate melodic details that lie in an eco-system above the comforting grooves below.

‘Esfena’ is a more jungle like and tribal groove, with toms and congas bubbling away beneath more steely percussive sounds. It’s a bristling but inviting groove with a fantastic sense of rhythm. ‘Teggkat’ closes out with more lush melodies and harmonies, subtle and sublime drums and a sense of groove that is delicate and tender, as well as moving you. This is another winning Ep from the label.
