After a small break, WEITER announces their first release of 2021 on the imprint. For this occasion, they have Alex Preda and Wurtz & Iberian Muse on board. Alex Preda (Oddity, Bedrock, Einmusika) is one of the established WEITER family members for a long time, and not without a reason. Once again, he delivers a melodic masterpiece ready for peak time situations. Mesmerizing and groovy – with a touch of rawness. ‘Formations’ sounds exactly the way we like – one of those tracks you pray for when you’re finally dancing on a hot & sweaty dance floor since a long time. Next up there is Wurtz & Iberian Muse who are debuting on the label with ‘1712’. Being a personal favourite of label boss Olivier Weiter since their first release, he is more than excited to present them on WEITER. Melancholy, hypnotizing, and emotion are some keywords that best describe the sound of Wurtz & Iberian Muse. Fact: the most asked track ID’s from Olivier Weiter’s sets from the last two years were tracks produced by them. With previous releases on Plaisirs Sonores, Pursuit, Ritter Butzke, and Three Hands – they can now announce their first track on WEITER.
