Santi & Tuğçe previously released their EP ‘A Twice Told Tale’ on Souq Records. It contains timeless tales full of wonder and yearning for life despite the transience of all things. With ‘A Twice Told Tale –Reworks’ a new cast of storytellers comes on board and takes these tales in new directions. Faithful to the heart of the original, yet full of creative spark, each new interpretation offers us new surprises. The second chapter of this saga features a deeply mystical, enchanting version of ‘Kuyu’ by one of Turkey’s beloved electronic musicians Mercan Dede along his label partner, Dexter Crowe. Mexico City based producer Jiony offers his own uniquely melancholic, dreamy rendition of ‘Bulut’, which describes the perpetual cycles of change and metamorphosis in nature.
