The story behind Histasie EP came from the capture of a “moment” between three phenomenal artists.  Snow Owl [Juan Garcia-Herreros], El Amir [Amir-John Haddad], and Luis Ribeiro.

Those comrades have started to collaborate during the touring of Hans Zimmer live concerts. Meeting together during a writing session known as ‘The Frog Collective‘ organized by Guy Laliberté, their complicity has brought something remarkable. Resonating a lot of synergies, fun, playfulness, and improvisation, the “jam” between the three musicians was not yet finished recording that the Frog Collective knew that something great was going on. The track tells a story inspired by traditional Spanish & Colombian music, passing through a touch of contemporaries.

On remix duty, Soul of Zoo have brought upfront some of those inspiration elements. Bulgarian foot-tapping, castanets, and, of course, cantor. Not to forget their personal touch of organic grooves and sensitivity.
