Lapsus Music Set For Dublin Showcase: Supernova + Kaily

What a year it’s been for Irish talent Jonathan Kiely better known by his artist name Kaily. Having firmly established himself as one of the island’s foremost producers with big releases on the likes of Lapsus and Beatdown Music, the Dubliner will close out 2014 in style as part of a full Lapsus music showcase as the country welcomes the very talented Supernova. The Italian legends have been big supporters of Kaily, giving his tracks a well respected home and showing faith in the budding producer by enlisting the remix talents of up and comer Cera Alba on his most recent ep Back To 92.

Lapsus Music has steadily been on the rise over the past year with releases from the likes of Noir, Supernova and the legendary DJ Pierre all charting well and establishing the label as a home for quality house music. Having already released Kaily’s Acid Trip last summer the budding producer returns with a massive EP which looks set to make a big impression over the next few months. The EP comprised of Back To 92 (Warehouse Mix), How Long and a remix of the title track from British producer Cera Alba packs the kind of punch we have come to associate with Kaily, making use of ravey chords and pinpoint percussion to fantastic effect.

All told it seems Dublin has quite a treat on it’s hands this weekend as Italian pair Emeliano Nencioni and Giacomo Godi visit the capital once more. Famed for their on point productions and classy house and tech sounds, the duo have been succesfully touring for over ten years, regularly featuring under banners such as Defected, Space, Monegros and Elrow. You can be sure they will create a special vibe when they take to the stage alongside Kaily this Friday night at The Button Factory.

Back To 92 EP is out exclusively on Beatport Monday Dec 8th
