Modera, the dynamic Seattle-based duo, is proud to announce the release of their latest single, ‘Stand Alone,’ from their forthcoming EP. Following the success of ‘Covered,’ released in May, ‘Stand Alone’ showcases Modera’s evolving sound and collaborative spirit, featuring the talents of Andrew Burrow on production and the emotive vocals of Josefina.

‘Stand Alone’ is an intricate composition that blends plucky guitars, tender percussion, and effervescent synths, creating a soundscape that is both intricate and evocative. The addition of Andrew Burrow’s production expertise brings a new dimension to Modera’s music, while Josefina’s heart-rending vocal performance elevates the track to new heights, making it a standout piece in their upcoming EP.

“We’re thrilled to share ‘Stand Alone’ with our fans,” said Modera in a joint statement. “Working with Andrew Burrow has been an incredible experience, and Josefina’s vocals add a depth and emotion that perfectly complements the instrumental. This track is very special to us, and we can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

Modera’s forthcoming EP promises to deliver more of the innovative and emotive music that their fans have come to love. With ‘Stand Alone,’ they continue to push the boundaries of their sound, exploring new musical landscapes and showcasing their growth as artists.

More recently the duo created a special unique live set from the Gulf of Mexico for Colorcast Radio’s 200th episode, featuring tracks from both their previous album releases and other well-known Colorize hits.
