Fiona Kraft has had a busy summer playing all across Europe at places like Hi Ibiza and taking her unique sounds with her. They are a blend of myriad styles from afro to deep house via tech and progressive and have made her one of the scene’s brightest stars in recent years. She was a prodigious musical talent from a young age who has also worked as a model and is now an established artist with her own innovative eyewear brand IMPURI.

Her new label Non Merci Music, is impossible to define musically and is a place where compromise is not an option.

After the Black Coffee-supported debut single comes a superb follow-up with the critically acclaimed Lazarusman, a South African spoken word artist whose unique brand of poetry across a multitude of electronic genres has landed on the likes of Connaisseur Recordings, Anjunadeep and Nervous Records.

The brilliant ‘Man Oh War’ is a superbly deep house groove with enchanting synths and shakers, adding a stylish Afro touch. The chords are tense but elegant, the smoky Lazarusman vocal adds plenty of atmosphere, and the percussion grows ever more edgy. It’s the sort of subtly epic track that will lock in a crowd and sweep them off their feet for a spiritual journey.

You can now listen to the full premiere of ‘Man Oh War’ exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
