It’s no secret we’re big fans of the recent Mmoths – Diaries EP, a formidable release with a host of exciting young producers getting in on the action none more so than Dublin based duo CLU.
Sean Cooley & Kevin Freeney have been making a distinct imprint on us of late with their cosmic productions. Their work on Mmoths – For Her is of the same ilk. Latent atmosphere combined with some ethereal sounds which are unique to the duo. Despite the spaced nature of the tune, the rhythmic sections keep the effort on track giving it the energy to drive forward. A difficult track to describe, it takes repeat listening to really fully appreciate this one. Exciting times ahead for the boys who have already enjoyed considerable exposure from the delicious Moonrunner featuring Gemma Dunlovely which we have posted below for your listening pleasure.
