Cristoph requires absolutely no introduction words. His achievements as an artist speak for their own. His name has shown up in most of the relevant imprints of the scene. Talking about Suara, VIVa Music, Material, 20/20 Vision, Defected, Truesoul, Kittball, Noir Music, Circus Recordings and that is one type of list that very, very few producers can brag about having. But he doesn’t brag about it. Instead, he prefers to spend his time in the studio crafting more and more precious gems, brought to light in the form of musical masterpieces.
Last year he absolutely shook the structures of Dance Music with his ‘8-track’ album on Hot Since 82’s ‘Knee Deep In Sound’. But the man is unstoppable. He can’t help but produce brilliant music. So he now comes up with another stormer of an EP, and another prestigious imprint to join his superb catalog: Last Night On Earth, headed by the one and only, the legendary, one of the bigest DJ’s of all time, Sasha.
When We Dip listened to the title track ‘Eleven’ and we now present our perception of it.

The tune is just exquisite. Vigorously deep, with a striking progressive seasoning, it’s another tune where Cristoph does what he does best: Take you away. Another impressive cut which directly speaks to why Cristoph’s career is where it is now. It’s no surprise he’s been blessed by the Dance Music God with this. As usual, he applies deep and darker layers to set the mood of the song. A nice groove is provided by some odd percussive elements and there’s a piercing synth that slowly evolves across the track’s progression taking control on an impetuous explosion when the drop hits. An uplifting affair with lush melodies to send you in a journey into hyper space.
Pure bliss.
