Poolside today released an official music video for their 2017 flagship single “Feel Alright,” which was a part of their acclaimed record Heat. The video is chaperoned by pro-skater Brandon Szafranski – who’s no stranger to legendary skate cults like THRASHER, Independent, Jenkem and more.
The video comes along with the release of Poolside’s official remix of Tycho’s “Horizon”, as well as an announcement of Poolside’s first tour since 2013—with stops in Los Angeles, Detroit, Denver and more. Joining along for the ride are Vito Roccoforte and Mattie Safer of The Rapture, and Brijean Murphy of Toro y Moi.
Poolside has become synonymous with Los Angeles’s burgeoning indie dance scene; they got their start in 2011 by the way of backyard pool parties, a massive YouTube video which was their first claim to fame, and even support from LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy.
